Mini Package 6 Month
Upon purchasing your package a 1 hour strategy call will be scheduled (depending upon your package each monthly call is 1 hour). For the Mini and Full Package your graphics will be done in 10 graphic intervals.
During the stretegy call we will determine your goals and a marketing strategy that will work best for your brand graphics. We will determine what you like and what you don't like.
After the strategy call you will receive your graphics calendar form to complete to enter in the wording for each graphic. Please ensure that your wording, grammar, punctuation, and context is as you would wish to see it on the graphics.
Graphic desiger will make suggestions of changes if there appears to be too many error within the graphics calendar form.
Client Brand will supply their high quality logo (transparent and color background logos and symbols), color hex codes (if known), and any other brand specific collateral (spelling of website and social media handles, and contact information) to be used for graphics.
Graphic designer will create your graphics and deliver within 5-7 business days from initial strategy call. Graphics will be delivered to you in a sharable Dropbox file folder that will only be seen by client and designer.
Per your revisions package, you will have the opportunity to make changes. This is why it is very important that you're clear about your vision for your brand during your strategy call. Any revisions needed you will enter in the comment section of the image of the Dropbox file folder.
All revisions should be requested at one time. Therefore, please look over your entire portfolio for the package and request all of your changes at once. There are no exceptions.
Should your exceed your revision limit, you may purchase additional revision for $17 per graphic. Changes will not be made until payment is recieved.
Upon finalizing your files, you will email your designer to let them know that all files are approved. At this time you may download your files to post to your accounts.
The product your are purchasing represents a legal document and is the Terms and Conditions (Agreement) governing your use of our website and services, www.youngdreamsbig.com (our "Website"). By using our Website, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by the following Agreement each time you use our Website. Please review the following terms carefully.
Our Company, Young Dreams Publications and Young Dreams Media offers self-publishing services and graphic design services (Services).
The terms "us" or "we" or "our" refers to Young Dreams Publications (YDP) and Young Dreams Media (YDM), the owner of this Website. A "User" is someone that merely browses our Website or who has registered with our Website to use our Services. All text, information, graphics, design, audio, video, messages, software, messages, communications, content and other content related to the Website as well as in e-mail, text and other electronic messages between you and our Website and through mobile and desktop applications of YDP/YDM that you may download or otherwise access through our Website, which may provide dedicated browser and/or non-browser-based interaction between you and this Website and data offered through our Website or Services, are collectively known as our "Content".
Please understand that at any time, YDP/YDM has the right to change and/or edit our Terms & Conditions and pricing without notice.
We have a right to decline projects at our discretion for any reason.
As our client, you agree to allow YDP/YDM to post services and design work to our social media platform, websites, and any other platform own by us. We own all the copyrights to our design work and our creations and do not allow for anyone to distort or alter our designs after we have submitted final creations to you.
All canceled services must be done via written statement sent electronically via email.
Client has the right to cancel services within 24 hours for a full refund after initial purchase. After 24 hour period has completed ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no such refund will be given to the client.
If client has purchased a 3 or 6 month retainer, after inital 24 hour cancelation period has ended client has the right to cancel retainer, however, no fees/payments will be refunded for unused services. Upon cancelling any retainer service, client has 72 hours to reactive retainer at no additional cost. Should the 72 hour peroid expire, client would have to purchase another retainer package to restart services.
Should we cancel a project, a refund of any unused service will be issued within 14 business days of cancelation.
